47 USC 551(f)(1) gives a subscriber the right to pursue civil action against said ISP for refusing to provide subscriber access to what they are handing over to the trolls per 551(d) and consequently be held liable against their erroneous and negligent record keeping. Just some thoughts for those whom want to put up a fight against ISPs that whoring themselves out.
